We are one of the largest sports clubs of the University, offering a wide variety of classes at a central location. Classes are £1 for members, £1.50 for non-members. You can buy a ten-class card for £7.00 if you are a member. Our fully trained instructors, assisted by state-of-the-art sound equipment, teach varied routines that are designed to give you a full cardiovascular work-out, tone your muscles and increase your level of fitness. The classes cater for all and you'll be encouraged to take it at your own level, no matter how high or low. Everyone is welcome and we have regular socials to give our members a chance to get to know each other. Aerobics is a great way to keep fit and feel good!

CONFUSED ABOUT CLASS STYLES?
Step
Like the name suggests, Step Aerobics involves a stepping on and off a platform while performing variety of exercises, such as intense knee lifts and hamstring curls. Fab for your legs and bum! You can control the level of difficulty by altering the height of the step... obviously the higher the step the harder it is.
Boxercise
A class that combines boxing and aerobics to create the ultimate workout. Come and let out all that stress from the week and have fun!
Aerobics and Tone
Back to the old school with a full work out for the entire body. Aerobics is hi-lo workout and a real calorie burner! The class consists of around 45 mins of cardio followed by 10-15 mins of toning to keep you in shape! There's always plenty of option, giving you the chance to work as hard as you like!
Spinning
Indoor cycling on a stationary bycicle. It is an excellent way to strengthen muscles, working on your glutes, quadriceps, and hamstrings. It is a great way to stay in shape!
Zumba
Zumba fitness is unlike any other form of fitness - You bounce the calories away whilst getting a taste of Salsa, ChaCha, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton (Hiphop!!) and Belly Dancing without the need for a partner or technical know-how. Its new, current, and revolutionising the fitness industry. Originating from Colombia, Zumba not a Dance class its a party: you learn the moves AS you do them just by copying the instructor (so its easy!), and adding in your own 'flavour' is encouraged. Find yourself smiling AS you exercise - not just when its over! If you've never tried... YOU MUST!

All classes take place in the 'Studio' on the top floor of the Sports Centre next to the gym, apart from pilates on a Sunday which is in the activity room.

Price: £1 for members, £1.50 for non-members. You can buy a ten-class card for £7.00 if you are a member (non-members who are also not members of Warwick Sport will have to pay the £1.75 daily fee to enter the Sports Centre)

You can purchase a 10 class card (with no expiry date) for £7 (members ONLY), these are sold by those collecting the money at the start of each class.
