About Us:
The University of Warwick Archery Club is an informal club providing a friendly atmosphere for its members to meet and shoot together. We cater for all levels of experience (including beginners) and you can join at any time; we provide coaching, a bow, some arrows and any other equipment you need. We are a highly successful club, last year coming first in all categories at the BUTTS outdoor championship, and finishing 2nd at BUCS outdoor championship.
Beginners Coaching:
We have two beginners coaching sessions a week in the Westwood Games Hall:
Wednesday 2 - 5pm
Sunday 1 - 3:30pm
For the first few weeks of term we will be asking people to only come to one of the two sessions a week - this is so that more people can get to try archery.
Experienced Archers:
For experienced archers we also have two further sessions a week, again in the Westwood Games Hall:
Friday 2 - 4pm
Tuesday 9 - 11am
Monday 2 - 4pm
Please note that these sessions are for experienced archers only, and no coaching will be available at these times.
Other Information:
If you need to write a cheque to the club at any point, please make it out to UWSU.
