Warwick University will be holding its annual varsity series against Coventry University in term 2 with its climax being Varsity Day at the end of Term 2 . Varsity is a tradition between the Universities of Warwick and Coventry University that has been taking place for many years. It is one of the showpiece events in the Warwick University Sporting calendar.  

The Varsity Series includes a range of sporting events including ice hockey, netball, hockey, cricket, rugby league, football, badminton, swimming, volleyball and basketball. The days events are rounded-off with a grand finale at a local sporting arena.

Varsity has the potential to be a great sporting occasion, which Warwick and Coventry Universities should be very proud of. It provides a showcase for some really exciting and high-level competition featuring some of the best sports people the city has to offer.
