It is the club executive officers responsibility to ensure they have booked both university and external facilities for the club and its members for the year.
University Sports Facility Bookings
All regular training/facility bookings for Warwick Sport Clubs must be made to the Warwick Sport Manager. Only the club executive members (usually the president) can request the facilites.
Ideally could you complete to the Club Regular Training Form
Then either take it with you and arrange to see the Warwick Sport Manager in person (office based on the ground floor), Telephone 024 76 150383 or email it as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org . We would advise you as a club to arrange a meeting with Gemma at the start of term to start and hopefully build a good relationship.
Warwick Sport will need to know your regular facility requests for the Autumn and Spring Term no later than the end of June the previous academic year. Summer Term Facility details are required by middle March that same year.
In doing this you will also have your timetables published in the Warwick Sport Brochure.
