Sports Club Documentation Procedure
On a annual basis each club must submit an updated exec sheet to the Warwick Sport Office. Additionally each club must complete a new club constitution, code of conduct and risk assessment.
Get everyone on the new exec to fill out there details for next year. Ideally type in the details (or write as neatly as possible) and everyone sign the signature column. If we don't have signatures we cannot process any financial requests as we need to match signatures from the exec sheet to the request. Pass the signed copy to the Warwick Sport Office.
Additionally to help us with our service we ask club to provide us with the basic contact details by completing the following online form.

Club documentation needs to be uploaded to your club's webpage through the resources admin tool (see below)

Review last years on your sports club webpage or there might be a copy in the Warwick Sport Office, use the Guidance Notes
