EMAIL
The main form of communication to clubs for day-to-day information is through your club email account . So please ensure you check them regularly. If you have any I.T queries concerning you account please contact Student Union IT Services, Student Activities Staff or the Warwick Sport Staff.
WARWICK SPORT WEBSITE
The warwick sport website is updated regularly by the Warwick Sport Team and is dedicated to details and administrative assistance for Sports Clubs, Club Execs, Sports Development and much more. If you have anything you would like us to publicise on the Warwick Sport Website please let us know.
CLUB WEBSITES/PIGEONHOLES/NOTICEBOARDS
It is also vitally important that you regularly keep your own club websites updated, email your members concerning information they will need through the Warwick Sport Portal, check your club pigeonholes (keep them tidy and get rid of any uneeded paperwork) in the resources room and keep your noticeboards in student union north tidy and up to date.

Exec Sheet
Please ensure you have passed this to the Warwick Sport Office. It is imperitive we can get hold of you guys concerning urgent matter, i.e. cancelled BUCS fixtures on the day etc. If there are changes to your contact information please let the warwick sport staff know.
SPORTS COUNCIL
This usually happens on the first Monday of each term around 5pm in a university lecture theatre. Directed by the Sports Officer and vital two exec attend.
TELEPHONE/FAX MESSAGES
If the Warwick Sport receives a message or faxes we will advise you via email and put any faxes into your pigeonhole or ask you to collect from the office. You can have faxes sent to the Warwick Sport Office the number is 024 76 575113.
MAIL
The Student Union Activities Department and the Warwick Sport Office will place any mail we receive for your club in your assigned pigeonhole in the Resources Room, Student Union North. So please ensure you check your pigeonhole regularly. FORWARDING CLUB MAIL - The Warwick Sport Office will forward mail to clubs in the summer. However, it is imperative that clubs complete the Summer Contact section at the bottom of the Exec Sheet.
WARWICK BOAR & LOCAL PRESS
All clubs are encouraged to submit articles for the Union's weekly newspaper, The Warwick Boar and the local press. Clubs are encouraged to have someone on their executive responsible for writing press reports.
WARWICK SPORT BROCHURE
Each academic year the Warwick Sport Team will produce the Warwick Sport Brochure. This will be produced essentially by the Sports Development Co-ordinator. Each club is required to provide the Sports Development Co-ordinator with a 100 word pitch about the club and provide details of the clubs training times. This is a another chance for further exposure as this brochure is distributed vastly.
