Sport Club Identification Cards
To access the services and facilities within the Student Union for your Sports Club you need a Sports Club ID card. These are available throughout the year from the Warwick Sport Office. There will be two cards produced for two officers of each club for the academic year. They may be passed on to other Club members to use but the assigned officer remains responsible for any misuse of a card. These cards are only valid for Warwick Sport Club Use and if lost or stolen must be reported to the Warwick Sport Office.
This card entitles you to use the following Union facilities:
- Reception: Room Bookings, photocopying, faxing, stationery, postage(discounted rate)
- Resource Centre & Computer Design & Training Suite:
- Computers & phone access; computers for Warwick Sport Clubs only
Please note these cards are simply Identification cards and are not to be used in the same way as the previously used finance cards. If you do pay for goods/services please claim the money back by submitting a money request form attaching any receipts or documentation relating to the payment.

THESES CARDS WILL BE AVAILABLE A WEEK BEFORE TERM FROM THE WS OFFICE SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE YOUR ADMIN MONEY FOR PUBLICATION FOR THE FESTIVAL OF SPORT. THERE WILL ALSO BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO COLLECT YOUR ID CARDS AT SPORTS COUNCIL
