If we mention the words proactive, innovative, motivated, then you guys in our Sports Clubs and Societies are undoubtedly the experts. Every single day there’s something big going down somewhere. Problem is, it sometimes slips under the radar. We want to make sure that when something big is going down, it’s gonna be huge!

 

So this page is here to tell you exactly how you can publicise your events. If you’re doing something good, don’t keep it to yourselves.  And the same applies if you’ve already done something good. Make sure you brag about it!

 

 

·         The SU website. It’s had a major facelift, it looks awesome and it’s the perfect place to target the Warwick audience. Our Communications Sabb is the person to contact if you want something on there. Email communications@warwicksu.com.

 

·          The Bubble. It’s the weekly publication from your loving SU. Distributed by Street Team across the campus, our Communications Sabb is again the contact if you’d like anything in there. communications@warwicksu.com

 

·         SU weekly email. You all get it so you know the score.  If you want something in there email….guess who? Yep, the Communications Sabb again communications@warwicksu.com. But be warned, he may start getting selective at this point so your event had better be good!

 

·         Warwick SU Marketing. We have a fantastic marketing department on the second floor of SU HQ. Perfect if you need help with posters/flyers/printing etc. Email marketing@warwicksu.com

 

·         The One to Watch. Thischeeky little number is BRAND NEW this year and it’s going to make life easy for our blessed students. We don’t want to bombard your poor heads with too much sport so we’ll showcase THE sporting event of the week. ·         Warwick Sport website. This one’s mainly for those sport clubs amongst you. Contact joe.barr@warwicksu.com if you want something on the Warwick Sport website.

·         Warwick Sport weekly email. Goes out to all Warwick Sport members so the chance to get some great exposure. Email sports@warwicksu.com to try and bag a spot in the email.

 

·         Sport Events Timeline. Again, you don’t have to be Leonardo da Vinci to work this one out. A timeline of Sporting Events.Emailthe Sports Sabb at sports@warwicksu.com to get your event included. COMING SOON

 

·         Media Societies. We have a whole host of top notch media socs from RAW to The Boar, and if you ask nicely they may just give you some coverage!

·         University insite. The University are quite rightly proud of our clubs and socs so if you’ve got something big going on, especially if it’s community reaching, they may well be interested in getting it online. Email internalcomms@warwick.ac.uk to contact the University communications department.  Of course you could just hire a helicopter and go for a good old leaflet drop (see above)
