Clubs Sporting Events on Campus

Many clubs throughout the year use the fantastic sports facilites at Warwick throughout the year. So whether it's a charity hockey tournament, or the University National Dodgeball Championships taking place, there are a few things you need to know about how to book a sports event at Warwick before doing so.

This Flow Chart (pdf file) will give you the idea of the process that has to take place within Warwick Sport so that your clubs event can appen. Therefore, make sure you give plenty of time to book and plan your event before it is happening.

If your club does wish to organise an event  using the Sports facilities at Warwick, please fill out the Event Proposal Outline Form and this must be given to the Sports Facilities Co-ordinator Heather Battersby.

Once the booking is agreed, all clubs must hand in a signed copy of the Service Level Agreement for the booking to be confirmed.
