Strategy Meetings

Clubs are required to have a Strategy Meeting at some point throughout the year with the Sports Development Co-ordinator or the Sports Officer.  These meetings are hugely beneficial for the development of the Club and are a chance for the Execs to bring up any issues that they may have as well as discussing generic Club issues such as coaching, finances and membership.  These meetings are essential when allocating budgets for the next academic year, those Clubs that have not had a Strategy Meeting will receive no increase in their Club Budget.
