Warwick Sport Office
The Warwick Sport Office is on the second floor of the Sports Centre.Office Hours are 09:00am – 16:00 Monday – Thursday and 09:00 - 15:30 Friday.
You should familiarise yourself with the WS Office as soon as possible. Come and introduce yourself, you will find Lisa, Joe, Gemma and Colleen in the Warwick Sport Office. There is also a hot desk for Kate as Sports Officer. Gemma, Lisa and Joe are full time while Colleen works for the second half of the week.

Staff are available to help with any Sports Club or Warwick Sport issues. There are two PC’s available in the office for Club Officers to use. You can also find details of any relevant sporty stuff that you need, e.g. kit suppliers
Resources Room
The Resources Room is based on the second level within the Student Union North Building. Access to the room is available typically during Student Union North Opening Hours.
The Student Union agreed to make available suitable accommodation to facilitate the smooth operation of Warwick Sport activities. In particular Warwick Sport Club Officers have access to the use of Union Resources Room with the support of relevant Union staff.
Warwick Sport Club Officers have access to the PC’s and each club has its own pigeon hole. NB. Club pigeon holes are an essential communication point. Despite e-mail dominating the new wave of communication it is still recommended that you check your pigeon hole daily. You may also use the telephone, fax and photocopying facilities. Warwick Sport Club notice boards are based on the second level of Student Union North.
Forms
All forms such as money requests, internal transfers, transports bookings etc are available Warwick Sport Office and in the Resources Room (as well as being available online). Forms will have to be handed in to Lisa and Joe in the Warwick Sport Office or left in a tray in the Resources Room that will be collected daily.
